The fastest way to reach us is from the kit you like: the request form on any product page arrives with your destination and kit already attached. For anything else, write to us.
Can we change the wording?
Yes. Every kit is set with your names, your date and your words, and you approve a proof before printing.
How long does it take?
The first proof arrives within two working days. After approval, five to seven working days for Europe and eight to twelve for North America.
How do we pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA transfer. Card details never touch our systems.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes — the sample kit includes three styles of your choice and ships before the full order.
Where is our data kept?
On Google Cloud infrastructure in the European Union. Orders are visible only to you and to our studio.
