Privacy notice

What you give us. First name, last name, email, phone and the content of your message when you use the enquiry form or open a support request. If you create an account: email and name. If you order: shipping and billing address.

Payment data. We do not process it. Payment goes through Stripe: card details travel straight to Stripe and never pass through or rest on our systems. We only receive the outcome and the transaction identifiers.

Technical data. IP address and user agent, used to rate-limit public forms and for security. No advertising profile.

Answering your enquiry — basis: your consent, given by ticking the box under the form. You may withdraw it at any time.

Handling orders, payments, shipping and support — basis: performance of the contract.

Accounting and tax obligations — basis: legal obligation. This is why orders and tax documents are retained even if you close your account.

Site security and abuse prevention — basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service working.

Enquiries: 24 months from the last exchange.

Account data: while the account is active. On closure, credentials and personal details are removed.

Accounting and tax documents: 10 years, as Italian law requires. This overrides a deletion request.

We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

The following process it on our behalf, as processors: Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting and database, European Union), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and the carrier chosen for your shipment, which receives only what delivery requires.

Stripe may transfer data outside the European Union under the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics.

Only strictly necessary cookies: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers your language. These do not require prior consent.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
